Cheat with someone they know
According to Focus On The Family, more than 60% of affairs start at work. They cheat with friends and neighbours.

Want to get caught
Imagine the burden of carrying a secret everyday? Well, cheaters actually want to be found out. According to Scott Haltzman, a clinical professor at Brown University and author of The Secrets of Married Men, “People may actually set it up so the spouse or partner find out.”

Get freakier when they are cheating
They become bored with their partners because of the extra attention they get outside. According to intimacy experts, once that sex drive is awoken in the cheating party, sometimes after years of hibernation, things can go from zero to 20 with their partner, fast.

Cheaters are still in love with their partners
Cheaters don’t fall out of love; they just become unsatisfied with the current situation. “Cheating usually occurs when couples begin to settle down, have kids and solidify the life being built together,” says clinical psychologist Andra Brosh.

Cheaters are actually happy in their relationships
According to a Rutgers University study, 56% of men who have affairs claim to be happy in their marriages. Cheating doesn’t necessarily mean that the cheater thinks their relationship is the absolute pits. The majorities of those who commit adultery are happy and aren’t even looking for a break up.
