6 ways to revamp your ponytail

The ponytail is one of the most versatile hairstyles to date. It’s the best way to camouflage a bad hair day. The look can get a little dated, so we’ve scoured the runways for versatile ways to switch up your pony.

  1. Sleek bun

Part hair in the middle and tie into a sleek ponytail. Wrap it into a sleek bun and secure with a pin. Spritz lightly with holding spray for hold.

  1. Athletic high ponytail

This hair needs a ponytail clip on. Tie hair into a super high pony. Attach the ponytail extension. Wrap hair from the extension around the base of the ponytail and secure with a hair grip.

  1. Add bangs

When tying hair up, leave wisps of hair out. Take it a step further by having hair professionally layered for texture.

  1. Texture!

Before tying the hair up, loosely curl all the hair using a hot iron. Run your fingers through your hair to loosen up the curls. Pull into a high pony. The beauty about this do is that it doesn’t have to be perfect.

  1. The low pony

This fuss-free style just requires hair to be tied neatly but loose at the nape of the head. You can add a parting for variation.

  1. Plaited

Tie hair into a high pony and plait. The longer the pony the better!
